Warranty And Return Exchange Policy
Warranty
All devices, local pick ups or online purchases are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. We provide an official invoice from our certified corporation with the device. Our warranty covers all hardware components, including but not limited to the motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage drive, keyboard, trackpad, display, internal cables, battery, and power adapter, against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective part at no additional cost for parts and labor and ship the device back ASAP for online purchases or you can come to our shop for local pick up. For online purchases, we send you a FREE SHIPPING LABEL so you can comfortably send it back to us with no cost! This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear (including expected battery capacity reduction over time).
Our devices will have our certified VOID WARRANTY sticker on the back of the device, if removed, you void your warranty! So please kindly DO NOT remove it!
To obtain warranty service, please provide your proof of purchase and contact us prior to sending or bringing in the device. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Return With No Reason? No Problem!
If you don’t like the device, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery date under logical certain conditions.
First, our return and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund!
Second, device has to be in the same condition and has same new operating system and apps installed as you received it.
Third, You pay a 20% restocking fee of the device total price.
We will send a FREE SHIPPING LABEL to send it back. Please maintain same packaging we shipped the device with!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or a reason of rejection of your refund.
If rejected, we will provide proof with pictures if the device has ever opened or has any damages.
For a smooth return and refund, please maintain the device in the same condition you received it. Thank you!
To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can accomplish that by communicating with us via email or phone.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a problem with your device, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date if the laptop is defective or not as described.
Eligibility
The device must be returned with all original accessories, charger, and any included documentation.
The device must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or liquid damage.
Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our technicians.
Process
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible. If approved, we will provide instructions to return the laptop.
After inspection, we will either: Provide a replacement unit of the same model, or Offer an equivalent model if the original is no longer available.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
No exchanges for issues caused by accidental damage, neglect, software/virus problems, or unauthorized repairs.
Cosmetic imperfections that were clearly stated in the product description are not eligible for exchange.
This exchange policy is separate from and in addition to any warranty coverage provided with the laptop.
Late Or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
